David Kairys is a professor of law at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. One of the nation’s leading civil rights lawyers, he represented an African American FBI agent who successfully sued for racial harassment, and he argued a free speech case for Dr. Benjamin Spock before the Supreme Court. Professor Kairys edited The Politics of Law and wrote With Liberty and Justice for Some (The New Press).
