Edwin Lyman is a senior scientist in the Global Security Program of the Union of Concerned Scientists. He is a co-author (with David Lochbaum, Susan Q. Stranahan, and the Union of Concerned Scientists) of Fukushima: The Story of a Nuclear Disaster (The New Press). He lives in Washington, D.C.
